Shipping

Upon placing your order, we promptly process and ship it within 3-4 business days. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package
We offer both domestic and international shipping options. For domestic orders, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but we strive to deliver your order within 7-14 business days.
Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees.

Returns
If a store credit is applied, store credit will be issued for returns made within 7 days of delivery, provided they comply with our return policy. However, sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Full-price items purchased without a discount code may qualify for a refund if the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery and meets our return policy.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Swim bottoms may be returned only if tried on with the hygiene protection in place and show no signs of wear. Any return of swim bottoms without the intact hygiene protection will be refused.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returned items must be unused, neatly folded in the original packaging, with tags intact, and free of any signs of wear or washing. Please ensure there are no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Swim bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protection intact. Any return not adhering to these conditions will be refused.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.
