Shipping & Returns

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and appreciate your trust in Marquise Swim. Please review the information below regarding shipping, returns, refunds, and unclaimed shipments.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We offer both standard and express shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–5 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

  • DHL Express Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that DHL Express delivery times apply once the order has been processed and shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Marquise Swim is not responsible for customs clearance delays, customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any additional charges incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country.

If you require special shipping arrangements, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds

Store credit may be issued for eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery and approved in accordance with our return policy.

Full-price items purchased without a discount code may be eligible for a refund if the return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and all return conditions are met.

Items purchased during a sale, promotional event, or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • Neatly folded

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Free from makeup, body oil, lotion, perfume, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear or washing

Swim bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protection fully intact. Any swimwear returned without the hygiene protection or showing signs of wear will be refused.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Marquise Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Refused, Returned & Unclaimed Shipments

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned by customs, or not collected from the carrier, the package may be returned to Marquise Swim.

Once the returned package has been received and inspected, a refund or store credit may be issued for eligible items only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of $20 CAD will be deducted from any approved refund or store credit. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier-related charges incurred by Marquise Swim as a result of the returned shipment will also be deducted.

If the total costs associated with the returned shipment equal or exceed the value of the order, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees does not qualify an order for a full refund.
