All orders are shipped from Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

These delivery times apply once the order has been processed and shipped. Customs clearance, weather, peak seasons and public holidays can occasionally extend delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Your parcel ships with duties prepaid, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
