Shipping & returns
Shipping
- All orders ship from Canada and are processed within 3–4 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
- Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Returns
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
- Full-price items purchased without a discount code may be refunded. Other eligible returns may receive store credit.
- Items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a discount code are final sale.
- Items must be unworn, neatly folded, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and free from makeup, lotion, perfume or any signs of wear.
- Swim bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protection fully intact.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us as soon as possible with photos.
- Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a $20 CAD restocking fee plus any related charges. Original shipping is non-refundable.
