Care

Designed to be worn and enjoyed, our jewelry combines freshwater pearls, stainless steel and gold-filled details. While selected for their durability, these materials still deserve thoughtful care to preserve their finish and natural beauty over time.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Minimize prolonged exposure to salt water and chlorinated water
  • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after exposure to the sea or pool
  • Gently pat dry with a soft, clean cloth and allow the piece to air dry completely before storing
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, sunscreen and other cosmetics
  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping
  • Store separately in a dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight

A note on freshwater pearls:

Pearls are naturally delicate and porous. Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals and beauty products, as these can affect their luster and surface over time.

Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • All orders ship from Canada and are processed within 3–4 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  • Full-price items purchased without a discount code may be refunded. Other eligible returns may receive store credit.
  • Items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a discount code are final sale.
  • Items must be unworn, neatly folded, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and free from makeup, lotion, perfume or any signs of wear.
  • Swim bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protection fully intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us as soon as possible with photos.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a $20 CAD restocking fee plus any related charges. Original shipping is non-refundable.
