Designed to be worn and enjoyed, our jewelry combines freshwater pearls, crystals, stainless steel and gold-filled details. While selected for their durability, these materials still deserve thoughtful care to preserve their finish and natural beauty over time.

  • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after exposure to the sea or pool
  • Gently pat dry with a soft, clean cloth and allow the piece to air dry completely before storing

  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping
  • Store separately in a dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight

Pearls are naturally delicate and porous. Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals and beauty products, as these can affect their luster and surface over time.

Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • All orders ship from Canada and are processed within 3–4 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  • Full-price items purchased without a discount code may be refunded. Other eligible returns may receive store credit.
  • Items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a discount code are final sale.
  • Items must be unworn, neatly folded, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and free from makeup, lotion, perfume or any signs of wear.
  • Swim bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protection fully intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us as soon as possible with photos.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a $20 CAD restocking fee plus any related charges. Original shipping is non-refundable.
