Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • All orders ship from Canada and are processed within 3–4 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT or brokerage fees, which are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
  • Full-price items purchased without a discount code may be refunded. Other eligible returns may receive store credit.
  • Items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a discount code are final sale.
  • Items must be unworn, neatly folded, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and free from makeup, lotion, perfume or any signs of wear.
  • Swim bottoms must be returned with the hygiene protection fully intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Received a defective or damaged item? Contact us as soon as possible with photos.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a $20 CAD restocking fee plus any related charges. Original shipping is non-refundable.
